What is your shipping policy?
We ship worldwide… oh yeah, and did we mention that we ship for free? All items are shipped by courier (either DHL UPS and FedEx), and can be tracked online. All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure your new jacket gets to you safely. “if you opt-out of the signature release we are not responsible for lost or stolen items” in bold.
*Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or A.P.O. boxes
How long will it take to get my jacket?
Our fulfillment times vary based on our stock; please check the item description for fulfillment estimates.
If we have your jacket is stock fulfillment times generally range from 3 to 7 business days. If we do not have your jacket in stock we are often able to have the jacket handcrafted, shipped within two weeks. However, to be safe we do quote fulfillment times as being 2 to 3 weeks for items not stocked (or for custom orders).
Where do you ship from?
At present we are utilizing a mixed model for shipping. We continue to offer a made-to-order service with options for customization, and we also carry limited stock in our Toronto studio space. Packages will ship out either from Sialkot or from Toronto depending on the item and nature of the order. To ensure that our orders are expedited to our customers swiftly, safely, and securely, we utilize both DHL Express and FedEx.
For customers outside of Canada, duty fees/taxes do apply and are determined by the destination country. Pixx Industries does not collect these fees and is not responsible for taxes collected by the destination country.
If you are placing an order from Canada please note that for Ontario residents that HST is applied at checkout. For all other provinces, GST is applied at checkout. If you live in Canada and your jacket is shipped from our workshop in Sialkot you do not need to pay any additional taxes beyond GST or HST.
